Roads are advantageous to farmers to transport their perishable goods and in turn, develop markets for their products. Eg: India is one of the largest producers of sugar in the world. The industry is based upon the cash crop of sugarcane. Sugarcane which is perishable and weight-losing raw material can not be transported to long distances. And after the harvest of the crop, the cane is to be immediately processed because the sucrose content declines with the lapse of time. So, transport system is essential for producing agricultural goods.

There are different processes through which cloth is produced and so it may have to move from one place to another, where cloth is produced and markets are thus very interdependent. So, if there is a rise in transport cost, cost of goods may be increased.

  2. There is no difference between journey time between Delux and Express. The passengers who want to go early prefer expresses hut some of them who want comfort prefer delux bus.

I conducted an interview with a person who is working as a driver in TSRTC, Ranga Reddy district. I lis name is Jayaraju. He told me that the drivers and conductors have 6 hours, 7 hours and 8 hours duties as per the distance of the Journey and after that, they had given rest for 12 hours. The extra hour duties are not followed by the management

Regular drivers should get increments and rewards for their work – Each and every bus has to reach the destination at correct time – if any bus reaches the bus stand before time, the driver has to pay fine from one hundred to five hundred rupees. This is one of the examples for job risk.
