I like to live in a country side as it looks very pleasant, cool, beautiful. It has a very good climate. People living in a country will have good care and show concern for others. I like to live in the country side because of its greenery. All that we see here is natural and takes us very near to nature – big trees, woods, water streams and liveliness in people.

We get good and healthy atmosphere in the country side. We can enjoy the birds, chirping sounds, dew drops, fresh breeze. We can catch the sight of pets and domestic animals roaring around freely, farm harvests, good culture and tradition. So, I wish to live in the country side.

We see the buzzing of the vehicles, factories here and there in a town. There is a lot of pollution in town. We see parks and cinema theatres everywhere in a town.

How can you say that the town mouse could not enjoy the dinner offered by the country mouse ?
Answer:
The town mouse likes delicious cooked food but he was served tender bit of sugar-cane and a very nice piece of root as dinner. The town mouse nibbled at the root and the sugar-cane and then said he wanted to sleep. So, we can say that the town mouse couldn’t enjoy the dinner offered by the country mouse.

My name is Uday. I was born and brought up in a village called Kandakurti which is on the river bank of Godavari. My village is a small village. Here most of people live on cultivation. The village is surrounded by green fields, mango groves, and to which River Godavari is on the other side. I used to bath and swim in the river with my friends.

We played on the bank of the river. I enjoyed very much in my village. I like fresh air, water and there is no pollution. The village is quiet. I enjoyed myself watching the beautiful sun rise and sun set. I’ll never forget my village atmosphere. The Town Mouse And The Country Mouse Summary in English

The town mouse and the country mouse were cousins. They often wrote to each other. One day the country mouse received a letter from his cousin. It said that the town mouse had been ill with cough and his doctor advised him to take a holiday and asked him to spend a week in the countryside. The country mouse invited his cousin. The town mouse left for the countryside. He wanted to travel in the air conditioned coach as it was bright and sunny.

The country mouse welcomed the town mouse at the railway station. The town mouse felt thirsty and wanted to have ice-cold orange juice or lemonade. The country mouse offered him water or coconut water. The country mouse served nice root and a bit of tender sugar-cane for dinner. The town mouse didn’t like these because he was habituated to taking cooked food. Unwillingly he nibbled the root and sugar-cane. It had to lie on the hard, cold ground.
