→ Share is a fractional part of the capital and forms the basis of ownership of the company.

→ కంపెనీ తన వాటాలను ఎంపిక చేయబడిన వ్యక్తులకు జారీ చేయవచ్చు లేదా ప్రజలకు జారీచేయవచ్చును. వాటాలను నగదుకు గాని ఇతర ప్రతిఫలానికి జారీచేయవచ్చు. అనగా ఆస్తులను కొన్నప్పుడు ప్రతిఫలముగా వాటాలను జారీచేయవచ్చును.
